Refund policy
At The Crafty Hideaway, we take pride in creating custom and personalized products made specifically for each customer. Due to the personalized nature of our items, all sales are final.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
- We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on custom or personalized items.
- Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all order details, including names, dates, colors, sizes, spelling, and design selections before production begins.
- Once an order has been placed and production has started, it cannot be canceled or modified.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged due to handling by the shipping carrier, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your package.
To file a damage claim, please provide:
- Clear photos of the damaged item(s)
- Photos of the original packaging
- Photos showing any visible shipping damage
After reviewing the claim, The Crafty Hideaway will determine whether a replacement is warranted.
Important Information
- Damage claims submitted more than 7 days after delivery will not be accepted.
- We are not responsible for damage caused after delivery, improper use, normal wear and tear, or customer mishandling.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
